Municipal elections held across the country on Sunday, March 31, 2019 were marked by the Alliances between political parties.
The People's Alliance won the municipal elections throughout Turkey.
The People's Alliance formed by the AK Party, Party of Justice and Development, and the MHP, Nationalist Action Party, won 51.63% of the vote.
The Alliance of the Nation formed by the CHP, Republican Party of the People, and the IYI Party, counted 37.55% of the votes.
Here is the distribution of votes by municipality:
In all municipalities in Turkey, the AK Party won 44.32% of the vote, the CHP 30.10%, the IYI Party 7.45%, the MHP 7.31% and the HDP, Democratic Party Peoples, 4.24% of the votes.
As for the other political parties, they won 6.58% in all municipalities.

ISTANBUL

The Alliance of the Nation (Republican Party of the People-Party IYI): 48,79%
IZMIR
The People's Alliance (Justice and Development Party-Nationalist Action Party): 38.67%
The Alliance of the Nation (The Republican Party of the People-The IYI Party): 58.06%
