Pashinyan reportedly complained about the "media terror", noting that an information campaign had begun against him. He also pointed out that it is necessary to improve relations with Turkey and Azerbaijan, trying to find common ground. According to the head of the Armenian government, he is also ready to create a commission of inquiry to investigate the circumstances of the war in Karabakh and even "appear before the people's court, but will not resign."

Earlier, Andranik Kocharian, Chairman of the Commission on Defense and National Security of the Armenian Parliament, a member of the ruling My Step faction, said that the beginning of a dialogue and the establishment of diplomatic relations with Azerbaijan "can change the expected prospects."

"We must accept surrender and move on, understand the level of responsibility and, ultimately, try to build a dialogue,” Kocharian said, noting that all countries that have gone through the "process of recovery after major wars” have traveled this path.
